Parents Girls Volunteers

MISSION STATEMENT: Girl Scouting builds
girls of courage, confidence, and character,
who make the world a better place.

The Girl Scout Law

I will do my best to be
   honest and fair,
   friendly and helpful,
   considerate and caring,
   courageous and strong, and
responsible for what I say and do,
And to
   respect myself and others,
   respect authority,
   use resources wisely,
make the world a better place,
and be a sister to every Girl Scout.

GROWING STRONGER TO SERVE EVERY GIRL
Across Girl Scouts of Tribal Trails, thanks to each of you who are are mentoring girls and expanding their horizons. As a Council, we’re also busy building on our organization to provide the best programming for girls and support to volunteers. One way we’re strengthening Girl Scouting is through the realignment of council boundaries. The result will be expanded opportunities for girls, enhanced services for adult volunteers, continued outreach to underserved populations, and vibrant partnerships within the community. The new high capacity Girl Scouts of Northern Indiana-Michiana Council is anticipated to be operational in Fall 2008. For more information about the realignment, visit www.GirlScoutsNorthernIndiana-Michiana.org. At all times, you can be assured that the Council will remain focused on providing girls with unique leadership experiences that will be unmatched by any other organization and fully supporting the volunteers who make Girl Scouting possible.
